Just R U N

  I don't know if you guys really know this, but I'm a runner.  :]  I absolutely have loved running since I was young, and have always have competed in the little track meets in town that I could.

  One thing about the way I ran?  Well, I'm a dancer,-as you well know-and I run ran like one.  How?  Straight on my toes.  No heel, toe, heel, toe for me.  Toe, toe, toe, toe, toe.  XD  I learned when I was fitted for my cross country shoes that that'll tire me out a lot quicker, and such and such.  Therefore, I had to change my running style.  That was difficult, but well worth it.  :]

  So, I'm starting cross country tomorrow, and I can not wait.  I've been running almost every night since June 14 {or somewhere around there}, and I can run 2.2 miles without stopping.  I feel ready, and I can't wait for tomorrow. :3

{{I'm in a posting mood right now.  So very much.  XD  This is the third post I've written today.  Yes, it's sad, but true.  This is actually written on the 22, if you were wondering.  It's just being posted later.  :]}}

  2. When I started running, I ran toe first to! Then my mom told me I'd get shin splints.

    1. Yeah, a lot of dancers I know do {or did}! Yeah, I was told that my muscles would be very sore and I'd tire out quicker, which isn't good for running two miles at cross country meets.
